For the Cake Base:
- Digestive biscuits / chocolate cookies β 2 cups (crushed)
- Melted butter β Β½ cup

- Vanilla ice cream β 2 cups (softened)
- Chocolate ice cream β 2 cups (softened)
- Strawberry / mango / any fruit ice cream β 2 cups (softened)
For Decoration:
- Whipped cream β 1 cup
- Chocolate syrup, sprinkles, fruits, nuts, or crushed cookies β as desired

1. Make the Cake Base:
- Mix crushed biscuits and melted butter in a bowl until it resembles wet sand.
- Press this mixture into the base of a springform pan or cake tin lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze for 15β20 minutes to set.

2. Layer the Ice Cream:
- Take out one flavor of ice cream and let it soften slightly (not melted, just easy to spread).
- Spread it evenly over the frozen base and smooth the top.
- Freeze for 20β30 minutes until set.
- Repeat with the second and third layers, freezing each layer before adding the next to keep clean lines.

3. Decorate:
- Once the top layer is frozen, spread whipped cream over the cake (optional).
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup or fruit sauce, and garnish with nuts, fruits, or cookie crumbs.
- Freeze for at least 4β6 hours or overnight for best results.
4. Serve:
