🎂 Eggless Triple Chocolate Cake Recipe

📝 Ingredients
For the Chocolate Cake:
- All-purpose flour – 1¾ cups (220g)
- Unsweetened cocoa powder – ¾ cup (75g)
- Baking soda – 1 tsp
- Baking powder – 1½ tsp
- Salt – ¼ tsp
- Condensed milk – 1 cup (approx. 300g)
- Melted butter or oil – ½ cup (120ml)
- Milk – ¾ cup (180ml), warm
- Vinegar or lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Vanilla extract – 1½ tsp
- Boiling hot water – ¼ cup

For Chocolate Ganache Filling:
- Dark chocolate – 200g (chopped)
- Fresh cream – 200ml
For Chocolate Frosting:
- Butter – 1 cup (softened)
- Cocoa powder – ¾ cup
- Powdered sugar – 2½ cups
- Milk – 4–6 tbsp (adjust for consistency)
- Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Bake the Cake Layers:
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and line two or three 6 or 8-inch cake pans.
- In a bowl, combine milk and vinegar. Let it sit for 5 minutes to curdle (makes buttermilk).
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add condensed milk, oil or butter, vanilla, and the buttermilk to the dry ingredients. Mix gently.
- Add boiling water and stir well. Batter will be thin—this is normal.
- Pour into pans and bake for 30–35 minutes. Cool completely before layering.
2. Prepare Chocolate Ganache for Triple Chocolate Cake:
- Heat the cream until just simmering, then pour it over the chopped chocolate.
- Let sit for 1–2 minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy.
- Let it cool until slightly thickened but spreadable.

3. Make the Chocolate Frosting for Triple Chocolate Cake:
- Beat butter until light and creamy.
- Add cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and milk gradually.
- Add vanilla and beat until fluffy and smooth.
🍰 Assembling the Cake:
- Place one cake layer on a board or plate.
- Spread a thick layer of chocolate ganache.
- Repeat with the second and third layers.
- Frost the entire cake with chocolate buttercream.
